1.Bangalore Rose Onions and Krishnapuram Onions are exempted from prohibition for export as per Notification No. 19(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 10th February, 2011.

 

2.Non-basmati Rice for export to Bangladesh is allowed as per Notification No. 20 (RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 20th February, 2011.

 

3.Notification No. 21(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 10th February, 2011 allow Export of Non-basmati Rice – Sona Masuri, Ponni Samba & Matta for export.

 

4.Notification No. 22(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 14th February, 2011 notify the Amendment in Paragraph 4.1.3. of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP)to allow access to duty free inputs based on actual to manufacturer of pharma products through Non-Infringing process.

 

5.Milk powders (including skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, dairy whitener and Infant milk foods), Casein and Casein products have been prohibited for export vide Notification No. 23(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 18th February, 2011.

 

6.As per notification No. 24(RE-2011)/2009-2014 dated 18th February, 2011 the export of onion wasallowed through STEs subject to applicable MEP depending upon the variety of onions.The export or onions (i) in cut form (ii) in sliced form and (iii) broken in powder form has been made freely exportable without any MEP.

 

7.Notification No. 25/RE-2010/2009-2014 dated 24TH February, 2011 – does not allow transitional arrangement under Para 1.5 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, for prohibition on export of milk powers (including skimmed milk power, whole milk powder, dairy whitener and infant milk foods), Casein and Casein products.
