DGFT NOTIFICATION/PUBLIC NOTICES/CIRCULARS:

1. Notification No. 28(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 1^st March, 2011 makes amendment in Para 8.5 of FTP regarding claiming TED and drawback refund under Deemed Exports.

2. Quantity restrictions of 55 lakh bales on export of cotton during Cotton Season 2010-11 is announced by Notification No. 32(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 14^th March, 2011.

3. Export of 25,000 Mt of non-Basmati rice to Nepal through MMTC is allowed during the KMS 2010-11 with a maximum of 25% brokens,by Notification No. 33/RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 15^th March, 2011.

4. Notification No. 35(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 23^rd March, 2011 notify the extension on prohibition on export of Pulses (except Kabli Chana)by one more year from 31.03.2011 to 31.03.2012.However, Export of organic Pulseswith a ceiling of 10,000 Tones allowed upto 31/03/2012 with certain conditions.  

5. Notification No.38(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 31^st March, 2010replace the SCOMET list of Appendix 3 to Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) classification of Imports & Exports items in the FT(D&R) Act, 1992.

6. Notification No. 39(RE-2010(2009-2014 dated 31^st March, 2011 allow sale of vehicles imported by Foreign Diplomats and Other Privileged Person to other non privileged persons.

7. Notification No. 40(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 31^st March, 2011 makes export ofcotton yarn as“Free” subject to registration of export contracts with DGFT.

8. Notification No. 42(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 31^st March, 2011 notify the additional sanctions imposedon Iran related to its nuclear and missile development programme.

9. Public Notice No. 35/2010/(RE-2009-14) dated 1^st March, 2011 makes amendment in Para 8.3.1. of Handbook of Procedure, Vol. I and in Annexure III ofAppendix ANF-8regading claiming TED and Drawback under Deemed Exports.

10. Public Notice No. 36/2010 (RE-2009-2014) dated 1^st March, 2011notify the Procedure for export of Sona Masuri, Ponni Samba & Matta rice.

11. Public No. 37(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 8^th March, 2011 notify the Minimum Export Price (MEP) for export of Sona Masuri and Ponni Samba varieties of rice.

12. Public Notice No. 38/2009-2014 dated 9^th March, 2011notify the Periodicity of Bank Guarantee (BG) to be executed with Regional Authorities in case ofdomestic procurement of goods against EPCG authorization.

13. Public Notice No. 39(RE-2009-2014)/RE-2010 dated 9^th March, 2011 notify SION for new product “Woolen blended Worsted Yarn” under Textile Products Group i.e. made from Wool Tops and Acrylic Tops.

14. Public Notice No. 40(RE-2009-2014)/RE-2010  dated 9th  March, 2011 enhance fee to Rs. 350/- from 1/4/2011 for issuance of Certificate of Origin (Preferential) for India’s exports under Free Trade Agreement (FTAs) and Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) Schemes.

15. Public Notice No. 41(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 18^th March, 2011 modify SIONSl. . No. C-514 under Engineering Product Group.

16. TheAayat Niryat Form 2E (ANF-2E)regarding export of SCOMET items listed in Appendix 3 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS)isreplaced with new simplified, rationalised and easy to fill ANF-2E,vide Public Notice No. 42(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 30^thMarch, 2011.

17. Public Notice No. 43(RE-2010(2009-2014) dated 30th  March, 2011 notify amendment/modification inSION Nos. H-18and -51 H- 51under Plastic Products.

18. Minimum Export Price (MEP) of US$ 850 per M.T. for export of Sona Masuri, Ponni Samba and Matta rice notified vide Public Notice No. 44(RE-RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 31^st March, 2011.

19. Public Notice No. 45(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 31st  March, 2011 Clarifies that DEPB benefit on exporat of Cotton shall not be available from 21/4/2010.

20. Policy Circular No. 26(RE-2009-14) dated 21^st March, 2011 notify 7 new port locations for online transmission of DES (Advance Authorization), EPCG and DEPB w.e.f. 21.03.2011.Now total 82 Port locations (7+75 existing)are for oneline transmission.
