1.Notification No. 50(RE-2011)/2009-2014 dated3rdJune, 2011 speaks that prohibition on export of edible oil will not apply to export of organic edible oils, but with ceiling of 10,000 MTs per annum and subject to specified conditions in the Notification.

2.Exemption on export of organic pulses and lentils will be per annum, but with ceiling of 10,000 MTs and subject to specified conditions as per Notification No. 51(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 3rd June, 2011.

3.As per Notification No. 52(RE-2011)/2009-14 dated 3rd June, 2011 the requirement of obtaining release order from the Chief Director (Sugar), Directorate of Sugar will not apply to export of 10,000 MTs of Organic Sugar per annum, subject to specified conditions.

 

4.Notification No. 53(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 7th June, 2011 permits exports of specified quantity of wheat flour to Maldives through MMTC Limited for the years2012-13 and 2013-14 under the Bi-lateral Trade Agreement between Govt. of India and the Republic of Maldives.

 

5.Notification No. 54(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 7th June,2011 permits export of specified quantities of Stone Aggregate to Maldives under Bi-lateral Trade Agreement between Government of India and Government of the Republic of Maldives.

 

6.Notification No. 55(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 07th June, 2011 permit export of specified quantities of River Sand to Maldives under Bi-lateral Trade Agreement between Government of India and Govt. of the Republic of Maldives.

 

 

7.Minimum Export Price (MEP) of onions other than Bangalore Rose Onions and Krishnapuram onions will be US$ 200 per Metric Ton F.O.B. as per notification No. 56(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 8th June, 2011.

 

8.Cap on export of cotton during the current Cotton Season is increased to 65 lakh bales from 55 lakh bales as per notification No. 57(RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 09th June, 2011.

 

 

9.Public Notice No. 51(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 2nd June, 2011 modify SION C-593 under Engineering Product Group.

19.PolicyCircular No. 32(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 03rd June, 2011 clarifies that “Declaration of Intent” needs to be mentioned mandatory onlyon Free Shipping Bills for claiming Chapter 3 scheme benefits and the declaration would not be required for shipments filed under Chaper 4 (including Drawback), Chapter 5 or Chapter 6 of FTP.
