EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

FIEO is the apex Trade Promotion Organisation set up by the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India in 1965. FIEO today has a membership base of nearly 13,000 members from all over the country, representing a wide cross section of products and services. By streamlining its various processes, FIEO has achieved the status ISO 9001:2000 certified organization which speaks of its objective to provide quality service to all its associates.

To give a wider exposure to members, FIEO proposes to bring out a directory of its members in print and CD form. The directory shall be of international standard which shall be distributed among international buyers and Indian & Foreign Missions.

Expression of interest is invited from parties interest to take this job meeting the following specifications:

·          The directory to be published in January 2010 and then again in January 2011

·          Flat Royalty to FIEO for 2010 and 2011. From 2012 onward if both the parties are satisfied with the production of the directory, then the royalty would be negotiated

·                     Publisher will be responsible for accurate production, nationwide marketing and bulk distribution to Trade Missions in India and abroad.

·                   FIEO would send mail to Trade Missions/Associations for know their requirement of number of copies required by them which shall be shipped by Publisher to them. An Additional 1500 copies of directory in print would be provided to FIEO

·                   3500 copies of the Interactive CD of the directory would be produced which would also be translated into French, Germany, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and Chinese.

·         FIEO would provide the current list of members to the publisher.

·         The printed directory would be printed on 60gsm paper
