32nd Intergift Fair 2018, Madrid 
(International Gift & Decoration Fair )

Intergift is the most comprehensive sales, promotion and marketing tool for the consumer goods and home furnishings industry, given that all kinds of trade and marketing measures can be combined based o­n the best cost-effectiveness ratio when it comes to reaching your customers and clients in the most rapid and direct manner. As per Sep 2017 data 1,776 companies participated from 31 countries and Professional visitors from 75 countries

The event initiates, continues and secures sales deals with the distribution channel present at Intergift. It facilitates in enhancing your data base with new contacts, which could lead to further sales. The event will enable your business to identify and attract new partners and distributors around the world.

Intergift serves as a platform for meetings with current and potential clients, exploiting the distribution channel vertically and implement cross-selling measures, boosting customer and client loyalty vis-à-vis your products, presenting new features and new strategies, canvassing client and customer opinions and sometimes also recover former customers and clients.

  5. Home accessories: tableware, artificial flowers, candles, and occasional furniture.
  6. Gift articles, gadgets, home accessories and complements, with creativity and design as the main theme.
  7. Handicrafts: Traditional craftsmanship together with innovative designs.
  8. Souvenirs and seasonal items.

Shell scheme booth (9SQM and 6 SQM)  will be provided with basic amenities which include:

ØGrey aluminium structure.

ØMelamine panels in grey colour.

ØStandard trade fair carpeting.

ØLighting:

oElectrical installation comprising switchboard.

oLighting with several adjustable rail-mounted 300w halogen spots, providing o­ne spotlight each 4 sq.m. of stand.

ØLettering: Sign in standard letters with the name of the exhibitor as well as the stand number placed o­n the front facing each passageway.

ØIncluded Services: Daily stand cleaning (Type A, o­nce a day).

ØFurniture: Table:1, Chairs:2, Wastebasket:1

MDA/MAI REIMBURSEMENT:

  1. Booth cost is highly subsidized under MAI Scheme of Ministry of Commerce.
  2. Airfare(economy excursion class) for o­ne official per company will be reimbursed as per erstwhile MDA guidelines to the eligible companies o­nly (subject to approval from Ministry of Commerce & Industry).   3. Only o­ne booth per IEC would be allowed.
  4. It is mandatory to submit the Feedback Form with details of business generated, number of buyers mobilized, etc

Stalls will be allotted o­n first come first serve basis, in accordance of:

1.Payment credited

2.Submission of application form and documents

Please note the process for application:

  • Registration application form must be duly filled in original, signed and stamped
  • A copy of the applicant company’s IEC must be enclosed
  • Copy of  NEFT/RTGS  paid towards participation must be enclosed
  • Colour Photocopy of valid Indian passport of the company representatives who will be manning the stall must be enclosed
  • One colour photograph of each representative per applicant’s company must be enclosed.

  • FIEO will issue visa recommendation letter in favour of the participating organisation and its representative (maximum two representatives).
  • Airfare, Hotel Stay and Local Transportation cost will be borne by participants.
  • FIEO reserves the right of selection of participants.
  • Payment may be paid either by NEFT/RTGS.
  • Applicants must enclose the payment transfer details with their application. Registration charges are non refundable/non transferable to any other company, person  for fair/international event of FIEO
  • Email/fax applications will not be accepted.
