We are pleased to inform that Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) is organizing India Pavilion at INTERGIFT Fair, Madrid, Spain”to be held from February 2-6, 2022as per the following schedule:

Relations between India and Spain have been cordial since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1956. Spain is o­ne of the important and prospective Markets for India in European Union. The bilateral trade between Spain and India was USD 4.75 billion with India’s exports to Spain of USD 3.24 billion in 2020-21

 

Event Details:

 

INTERGIFT is the most comprehensive sales promotion and marketing tool for the consumer goods and home furnishings industry. It brings together the main decoration and gift companies, leaders in their respective market segments. The event initiates, continues and secures sales deals with the distribution channel present at Intergift. It facilitates in enhancing your data base with new contacts, which could lead to further sales.

 

Intergift serves as a platform for meetings with current and potential clients, exploiting the distribution channel vertically and implement cross-selling measures, boosting customer and client loyalty vis-à-vis your products, presenting new features and new strategies, canvassing client and customer opinions and sometimes also recover former customers and clients.

 

In 2020, the show was visited by more than 40,000 professional buyers from across the globe.

Considered to be the major benchmark for the decoration and gift sector in Spain, INTERGIFT brought together at its last edition a total of 836 companies and brands from 30 countries with the main decoration and gift firms, leaders in their respective market segments.

PARTICIPATION CHARGES:

The event is approved under Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India. The subsidized participation charges are:

9 Sqm booth (Shell Scheme) 99000/-INR for Members (Two Side Open Stand: Rs. 5000 /- extra subject to availability)

Participation Fees includes Standard built up stall of 9 Square Meters having one table, two chairs, Carpet, fascia name board with the company name displayed o­n it and basic electrical fittings, dustbin

Please Note: This fee does not include sending display material, any additional fixtures & furniture in the booth. These are to be borne by the companies

Note:

1.The subsidized participation fee is based o­n the anticipated grant from the Ministry. In case of any variation the participation fee may be revised.

2. As per DOC, a company can avail MAI assistance up to a maximum of three times (including past cases) for a particular event. Thereafter they shall not be eligible for the subsidy.

3. TRAVEL ADVISORY – At present there is NO TRAVEL RESTRICTION from INDIA to SPAIN for participation in exhibitions and events. It may be noted that Indian businessmen will have to carry RTPCR test undertaken 72 hrs prior to travel with QR Code. Travelling person should be fully Vaccinated.

Airfare Subsidy:

 

Eligible companies will be entitled for reimbursement of economy class Airfare o­n submission of documents after the completion of the event. The amount of reimbursement shall be subject to the approval and quantum of funds approved by the Ministry for the said event (Only o­ne Person Per Company i.e. o­nly to Director, Proprietor, Partner regular officer of the company o­n senior managerial Position. will be eligible for the Airfare Reimbursement). 

Visa:

FIEO will issue the visa recommendation letter to the participants (Only 2 persons per company with extensive travel history) but preference will be given to participants with valid Schengen Visa.

Refund Policy:

The participation charges are non-refundable in any case.

Interested members are requested to kindly send us their confirmation as per the Registration Form(s) enclosed along with the participation fee (Non-Refundable). The payment may be made o­nly by Cheque/Demand Draft in the name of Federation of Indian Export Organisations payable at New Delhi latest by 30th of December, 2021. Also, the payment may be remitted through NEFT/RTGS details of which may be shared o­n request. It may be informed that we have limited stalls and preference will be given o­n the basis of first-cum-first- served basis and o­n receipt of full participation fee.
