FIEO is planning to participate in the INDIA TEX TREND FAIR organised by JIIPA Japan as per the following details:

Venue:Belle Salle Shibuya Garden, B1F, Sumitomo Fudosan Shibuya Garden Tower,16-17 Nanpeidaicho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo

Dates:20^th-22^nd July, 2022 (Wednesday-Friday)

Time: 10 AM to 6 PM

Japan is presently India’s biggest trading partner in the Asian region. The Japanese have many gift giving traditions and exchange many high value gifts throughout the year. The Japanese lucrative gift market is estimated to be worth US$ 150 billion. Due to interruption in global supply chain, Post Covid-19 the demand for Indian made products is expected to increase and will provide high opportunities for Indian Exporters/ Suppliers. As we all know the CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) signed between India and Japan will provide customs duty free imports of garments from India to Japan.

About the Fair:

The India Tex Trend Fair is an exclusive Business Matching Event which gives an opportunity to exporters to showcase their products and supply capabilities of value-added products with special emphasis o­n the products designed to suit Japanese fashion trends and requirements. The visiting buyers would include manufacturers, wholesalers, trading companies, importers, select and specialist shops, department stores, volume and o­nline retailers etc.

ITF has become a o­ne stop platform for Indian exhibitors to showcase their trends and products in Japan market. The fair offers a comprehensive platform to Indian manufacturers to showcase their value-added products to the most influential buyers and designers in Japan.

PARTICIPATION CHARGES:

The event is recommended under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India. The participation charges are:

Note:

1. As per DOC, a company can avail MAI assistance up to a maximum of three times (including past cases) for a particular event. Thereafter they shall not be eligible for the subsidy.

Airfare Subsidy:

Eligible companies will be entitled for reimbursement of economy class Airfare o­n submission of documents after the completion of the event. The amount of reimbursement shall be subject to the approval and quantum of funds approved by the Ministry for the said event (Only o­ne Person Per Company i.e. o­nly to Director, Proprietor, Partner regular officer of the company o­n senior managerial Position. will be eligible for the Airfare Reimbursement). 

Visa:

FIEO will issue the visa recommendation letter to the participants (Only 2 persons per company with extensive travel history).

Refund Policy:

The participation charges are non-refundable in any case.

Interested members are requested to kindly send us their confirmation as per the Registration Form(s) enclosed along with the participation fee (Non-Refundable). The payment may be made o­nly by Cheque/Demand Draft in the name of Federation of Indian Export Organisations payable at New Delhi latest by 10^th June, 2022. Also, the payment may be remitted through NEFT/RTGS details of which may be shared o­n request. It may be informed that we have limited stalls and preference will be given o­n the basis of first-cum-first- served basis and o­n receipt of full participation fee.
