(Highly Subsidized participation with Airfare Reimbursement up to Rs 1,25,000) FIEO with the support of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Indian High Commission, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Commerce & Industries (TTCCI) and Trinidad & Tobago Manufacturing Association (TTMA) is organising World Asia BSM (Buyer – Seller Meetings) scheduled from 24th -26th August 2022 at Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Trinidad and Tobago is one of the largest economies in the Caribbean. With regard to trade with India, during the period 2020-2021, Trinidad and Tobago enjoyed a trade surplus with exports valued at approximately US$189 million and imports from India valued at US$75 million. Agenda & Proposed Activities: Day 1: 24th August 2022: Pre-arranged B2B Meetings
Day 2: 25th August 2022: B2B Meetings at the TIC 2022 - Trade and Investment Convention 2022, biggest business event of T&T, organised by TTMA. Day 3: 26th August 2022: Industrial / Factory Visits and follow up.
Participation Charges: FIEO MEMBERS: Rs 125000/Non-MEMBERS: Rs 132000/ per person per company (This includes, Hotel Stay (Four Nights), B2B Meetings, Local Transportation, Lunches etc) Note: 1.The subsidized participation fee is based on the anticipated grant from the Ministry. In case of any variation the participation fee may be revised. 2. As per DOC, a company can avail MAI assistance up to a maximum of three times (including past cases) for a particular event. Thereafter they shall not be eligible for the subsidy. 3. TRAVEL ADVISORY – At present there is NO TRAVEL RESTRICTION from INDIA to TRINIDAD & TOBAGO for participation in exhibitions and events. Travelling person should be fully Vaccinated. Airfare Subsidy: Eligible companies will be entitled for reimbursement of economy class Airfare on submission of documents after the completion of the event upto Rs 1,25,000/-. The amount of reimbursement shall be subject to the approval and quantum of funds approved by the Ministry for the said event (Only one Person Per Company i.e. only to Director, Proprietor, Partner or Regular officer of the company on senior managerial Position. will be eligible for the Airfare Reimbursement).

| Airfare Subsidy:
